A Ransom for Many

Don't you just love how the memory verse for this week is woven throughout this chapter!  In Mark 10:26-27:  "The disciples were even more amazed, and said to each other, "Who then can be saved?"  Jesus looked at them and said "With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God."" 

There's nothing we can do to earn our place in heaven.  And think about it this way...there's nothing we can do to un-earn our place in heaven either!  We're all human, we make mistakes...not that we have a "get out of hell free" card to play, but we do have the throne of grace that we can approach boldly and seek forgiveness and repent.  It's so easy to get caught up in activities...the things we DO, and it's hard for some not to realize that what we do is not the way.  What we believe, now that is the way!
